Corporate Sales
We do not only produce for our own restaurants, but also sell our products to corporations other than our affiliates or franchise agents: these relations are regular and take place within the frame of sales agreements. Our Workshop has its separate place in our corporate structure as a center of profit/loss of its own. It is able to provide both for our restaurants and for distinguished Hotels and Restaurants in İstanbul.
In this field we have six firms as business partners by October 2010 – a number we try to keep down in order not to compromise our quality standards. At first involving only Pastries (börek and poğaça) and milk based Desserts, these sales agreements have been expanding to cover other product groups.
