Quality Policy

We may summarize our quality policy simply as Setting Standards, Continuous Improvement, and as their consequence, Customer Satisfaction.
Although viability and growth for a corporation depends on the joint satisfaction of the Investor, the Employees and the Customers, in our view, the Customer is no more "the benefactor" but the "king" in today's conditions. Especially for a company set out to work with "growth as trademark" as its goal, consumer satisfaction in the long run is a precondition of the contentment of the other two parties. This is why the greatest part of self-sacrifice falls on the Investor.

In order to achieve setting standards as we project, we have disregarded the production costs and from the very beginning separated Production and Sales: we made them each a center of profit/loss. This corporate structuring helped us not only in setting standards but also in continuous improvement.
As to Quality Control, the raw materials we use, hygienic conditions of our facilities and our products go under regular scrutiny and supervision in the Laboratory of our Production Center.
