"Production"
We have a shorter name for our Central Production Facility in Çobançeşme: the "Workshop". The reason is that, apart from this name being simpler and shorter, this is the place where new ideas turn into new products to take their place besides the traditional ones. Seeing our traditional style chefs at first baffle a little bit, but then get the spirit of the "workshop" beyond our own enthusiasm especially when they experience success in new products. We wish that the Central Production Facility would still be called the "Workshop" in the future, even if by then it becomes a big factory.
In line with our goals, we use only completely natural raw material in production. No additives are used to enhance taste, colour or odour, or to extend the shelf life of products. Buffalo milk and cow milk, main ingredients of our milk-based desserts, yogurt and ayran, are supplied each morning afresh, or "lukewarm" as milk is when just milked, brought in by our refrigerated vehicle, taken from the local producers at their farm or village, controlled in the Workshop and used the same day. Our "daily village eggs", however, come directly from our own poultry coop.
This continuous endevour of ours, to reach the ideal taste, faithful to traditional recipes in accordance with our basic goals, requires a very good planning and a daily work routine especially in milk products, since we do not stock-produce these.
We dont need to explain our Modern Machinery, Hygene, Ventilation, Waste Processing and Worker Safety and Health Measures since it is a recently constructed facility and these are the very essentials of our business.
